Installing smart medication eDiary on Android or iOS

Users of our app smart medication eDiary very often ask us how to actually install the “app.” Unlike most apps, it cannot be found in the usual app stores.

It is a so-called “progressive web application,” or PWA for short. PWAs have many advantages: for example, thanks to service workers they are available offline and use very little storage space on the device. They can also simply be opened in the browser, which means users do not have to register in an app store and thereby indirectly disclose their condition to the store operators.

We have therefore created a new 🎞️ explainer video for our digital diary for hemophilia, in which we explain in simple terms how to install the app on smartphones.
