Paperless – manage your patients’ documents digitally

Paper clutter is a thing of the past – signed documents are stored in ScanDoc in a structured, well-organized way and assigned directly to the corresponding patient.

The use of eConsent is NOT limited to your patients with hemophilia!

You can run effective, well-organized contract management for all patients and customers of your pharmacy, regardless of their indication. Printouts are no longer necessary, as your documents are securely archived and accessible to you at any time.

How does smart medication eConsent work?

If you want to store personal data such as your patients’ and customers’ dates of birth or email addresses, you need a signed consent form. For example, many pharmacies have their regular patients sign a supply agreement for the delivery of medications that includes the privacy notice.

In combination with smart medication ScanDoc, eConsent gives you a useful tool for having contracts and consent forms signed on the spot and archiving them quickly and easily.

If a patient or customer is unable to come to your pharmacy and sign in person, a document can also easily be signed remotely. The document and data are transmitted in a completely secure and encrypted manner.

You can also digitize previously signed (legacy) contracts by uploading the scanned documents and assigning them to a patient.

Patients sign digitally

eConsent is available as an add-on module for smart medication ScanDoc.

You can upload your pharmacy’s own blank contract templates at any time. smart medication makes sure all fields are configured correctly and provides the template in eConsent, so your patients can sign digitally right away.
