61 patients, 19 family members, and 7 staff members from various hemophilia treatment centers took part in the survey. Of these, 84% stated that they were male. The bar chart above shows clearly that male users aged 40 and older are the most strongly represented.

High adherence and motivation for one’s own therapy concept

57% of respondents stated that they usually complete the digital documentation in the app immediately after factor substitution. The likelihood of entering all data correctly is therefore higher in this patient group. Another fantastic result: a full 87% of our users regularly document their own therapy or the therapy of a family member with the app.

For 65% of respondents, the documentation in the app plays a central role in discussions with their treating hemostaseologist or during regular visits to the hemophilia treatment center. The physician can view anomalies, such as an increased number of bleeds, directly in the web portal and respond to them in a targeted way.

smart medication eDiary is simple and intuitive to use: 82% of our users had no problems operating the application. 46% of respondents stated that they had contacted support in case of a problem with the application. 97% of respondents could be helped by support!

Almost everyone discovered the app through their hemophilia treatment center.

The large majority of respondents stated that installing the app worked without any problems. 45% used the user manual; of these, 92% said it was helpful for their individual question.

In the free comment field, 35 users took the opportunity to tell us as the manufacturer that they are very satisfied with the application and that it makes documentation considerably easier. A few quotes:
